Visual Arts

My work explores the intricate relationship between the natural world, humanity, and integrated technology, reflecting on themes of identity, destruction, rebirth, and the fragile balance of ecosystems within contemporary and future lifestyles. I work across diverse mediums—including painting, drawing, printmaking, collage, ceramics, and digital art—to create visual narratives that invite reflection on our role within both organic and engineered environments.

In pieces such as 66 Frogs and Me and Grow with the Tree, I examine the interplay between human creativity, the natural world, and mechanical-biological hybrids, suggesting that our identities and actions are inseparably woven into the fabric of nature and technology. Works like Spine and Warden of the Apocalypse further probe the tension between human creation and annihilation, embodying both strength and vulnerability within expansive natural, urban, and imagined realms.

In more conceptual projects, such as a Minecraft-based video inspired by Matthias Dörfelt, I explore themes of migration, environmental collapse, and fleeting hope. These works serve as metaphors for cycles of destruction and renewal, encouraging viewers to confront the consequences of human impact on future city environments. Through my art, I seek to evoke contemplation on the fragility of existence and the potential for transformation, highlighting the constant interplay between humanity, nature, technology, and the cosmos.

Technology, for me, is not only a tool but also an evolving language of maturity, one that mirrors our shifting identities and collective aspirations. Its integration with the biological suggests a future where growth and decay are no longer opposites, but interwoven stages of becoming. In this convergence, I imagine worlds where human presence dissolves into broader ecosystems of intelligence, time, and memory.
