Anatomy of Resilience

This work is inspired by my painting teacher’s three-legged dog, whose body becomes both fragile and powerful in its adaptation. I reimagined the missing limb as a sleek steel prosthetic, merging organic form with mechanical precision.

The pastel background creates a soft temporal space, while colored pencil and pen render the dog’s anatomy with both intimacy and clinical distance. Through this hybrid form, I explore how technology, survival, and memory interlace in the construction of future identities.
